Maintenance Issues

Report all maintenance issues to the maintenance department during the hours of 7:30am to 4:00pm by calling 662-844-1538. If you see the issue no longer requires maintenance, please call and cancel the work order.

EMERGENCIES

Maintenance is only permitted to respond to actual EMERGENCIES after hours. For emergencies after hours, please call 662-553-4420. Emergency work orders will be addressed as quickly as possible.

A maintenance emergency includes the following: no water, hot water, electricity, heat, a/c, fire or potential fire hazard, leaking or broken refrigerator/freezer, inoperable commode (only one in apartment), a natural disaster or a lockout. Charges will apply if maintenance is called after hours for non emergencies.

Charges

Charges will be assessed for damages caused by resident, family member or guest. Refer to the maintenance charge schedule for a list of all charges.

Bed Bugs

Report bed bugs immediately to the maintenance department so treatment can be scheduled. See Bed Bug Policy for more information.
